Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Check healthiness of all facilities equipment and maintain logs.
• Repair and maintain Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance on facility MEP systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and perform facility inspections.
• Create and manage job cards in CAFM Mobile App.
