Job summary
A retail company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a dedicated individual to maximize customer service and manage store operations. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to company policies, and promoting the Loyalty Program. Qualifications
- Must be fashionable/well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge.
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended hours and heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff.
- Assist the Store Manager in efficient and profitable operation of the store.
- End to end store responsibility in absence of Store Manager.
- Promote the Loyalty Program for maximizing loyalty and repeat sales.
- Manage daily roaster, leave and grievances of retail staff.
