About the Client: A prominent holding company in Dubai, with a diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, trading, automotive, and logistics.

1. Overseeing the facility’s maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with the UAE’s regulations and health & safety requirements.
2. Monitoring and managing inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all resources are stocked and well-maintained.
3. Organizing daily work schedules and monitoring staff performance to ensure all tasks & responsibilities are carried out efficiently while resolving any staffing issues, ensuring a positive team environment.
4. Assisting administrative support to the Business Incubator Manager, including managing records, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day operations.

1. At least a bachelor’s degree related to Business.
2. Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and inspire a team.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software.
