Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, particularly inside and outside the kitchen, along with other cleaning duties.

1. Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times.
2. Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic environment following hygiene regulations and company standards.
3. Collect and remove trash from all operational areas, following established procedures.
4. Dispose of waste according to authority standards and recycling guidelines; keep waste bin areas clean.
5. Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and emptying rubbish bins, ensuring proper container placement.
6. Wash, wipe, sort, and store cleaned dishes in an organized and safe manner.
7. Clean and maintain floors and walls in the kitchen and dishwashing area following standard procedures.
8. Check chemical levels and inventory regularly.
9. Adhere to sanitation guidelines at all times.
10. Identify and remove broken or chipped items from circulation; update the breakage and inventory register accordingly.
11. Report maintenance or hazard issues to the Supervisor and Retail Manager.
12. Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistently.
13. Perform repetitive duties as required.
14. Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.

1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi or based locally.
