Qualifications

• A few years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background.
• Proficient in English and a second language, preferably European.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wines are tasted and in pristine condition before serving.
• Control and monitor wine orders and stock.
• Prepare mise en place and follow cleanliness schedules.
• Build rapport during service and manage order refills.
