Join our dynamic team as the Fleet Manager, overseeing the operational heartbeat of our digital car rental platform. Responsible for the strategic management of our vehicle fleet, your role will involve optimizing vehicle utilization, ensuring maintenance standards, and implementing efficiency measures. As a key player, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of our fleet, fostering growth and success in the ever‑evolving landscape of mobility

Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the operation of all functions of the transportation and maintenance of fleet with the involvement of external suppliers, including washing, maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement controls to guard against revenue spillage and ensure that car workshops are properly managed to ensure that our vehicles are ready for rent
  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives
  • Manage revenue and expense goals, day‑to‑day operations and the continued development and advancement of staff
  • Ensure that vehicles are operated efficiently
  • Establish and monitor performance‑reporting systems (i.e. track performance against goals, ensure car workshop managers provide quality regular reports, and provide regular updates to the CEO and the CFO)
  • Installation and monitoring of telematics equipment
  • Regularly evaluate operating procedures and create centralized best practices to ensure uniform performance throughout the company
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
