Looking for a Finance Manager to join an Accounting and Tax consultancy in Dubai

requirements

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for clients.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
• Ensure all client deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company and its clients

• Should have a demonstrated history of managing teams and meeting deadlines.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax and accounting consultancy or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, VAT, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused setting.
