Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving financial success for a company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources and minimize risk
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in financial regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in financial management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a large organization
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Proven track record of driving financial success and managing complex financial operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
