Overview

Finance Manager

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial and accounting principles, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasting.
• Monitor budget performance and provide analysis of variances
• Conduct financial and accounting analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and address audit queries.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Ensure the submission of tax and VAT filings before the due dates.
