We are looking for an experienced Accountant with expertise in India and UAE VAT accounting. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, VAT filing, and compliance while ensuring accuracy in all accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Prepare and file UAE VAT returns.
3. Ensure compliance with UAE and India accounting standards.
4. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent (mandatory).
• Proven experience in UAE and Indian accounting practices.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the Founder team.
• Correspond with clients, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Handle visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
• Manage office operations, including maintenance, payroll, staff attendance, and vacation tracking.
• Provide customer service via chat and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee accounts payable and document collection.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year UAE work experience and 1 year Indian experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
