Overview of the role:

The Hospitality Analyst plays a key role in supporting Hospitality asset management by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. The role focuses on financial performance analysis, commercial strategy evaluation, and market benchmarking to enhance profitability and operational efficiency from an Owner's perspective.

The Hospitality Analyst operates within a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment, requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders of various departments and Hotels Operator. The role demands strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions benefiting the Owner.

• Ability to critically assess operator performance and challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

What Equips you for the role:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, hospitality asset management, or commercial projects assessment.
• Prior experience in hotel financial reporting, feasibility studies, or revenue management preferred.
• Exposure to market research and benchmarking methodologies.
