Descripción de la vacante
A financial services company is seeking a Financial Control Manager for its UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the banking industry, including 3 years in Financial Control. Responsibilities include managing GL, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, along with a professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA), is mandatory. Strong knowledge of banking systems and excellent communication skills in English are essential. This is a full-time role with no remote work option.
Formación
- Minimum of 5 years of post-degree experience in the banking industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of Financial Control & ICFR experience.
Responsabilidades
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounts and submissions.
- Conduct daily variance analysis for TB.
- Perform monthly and quarterly GL reconciliations.
- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
