Job summary

A financial services firm in Dubai is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance & accounts team. This role entails managing compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, preparing financial statements, and leading audits. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 6–8 years of experience in finance and strong knowledge of IFRS. Qualifications

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
• 6–8 years post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the finance & accounts team.
• Handle accounting activities, including GL review, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS).
• Manage UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits.
