As a Service Technician, you are the face of EF Robotics for our customers in Dubai and across the UAE. You independently install, repair, and maintain our robots on-site.

• Installation & Setup: Install and configure our service and cleaning robots directly at the customer’s site.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform technical checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable operation.
• Problem Analysis: Identify the root cause – not just the symptom – in hardware, software, network, and sensors.
• Customer Training: Professionally onboard customers, explain functions clearly, and ensure smooth adoption.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate service reports in our system (GoHighLevel / internal knowledge base).
• Team Feedback: Identify patterns, issues, and optimization opportunities and communicate them systematically.
• Deployment Planning: Coordinate closely with our teams in Germany & Dubai, providing updates before and after each service visit.
• Upselling: Recognize when customers need more and initiate appropriate follow-up.

We offer a competitive total compensation package for Dubai: 7,000–9,500 AED per month (Total Compensation), composed of:

• Basic Salary: 4,500–6,000 AED
• Housing Allowance: 1,500–2,500 AED
• Transport Allowance: 300–600 AED
• Communication Allowance: 200–400 AED

• Education in mechatronics, electronics, IT, or a comparable field.
• Confident in using Windows, Wi-Fi, network configuration, and tablets/apps.
• Able to work independently, make decisions, and find solutions without detailed instructions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with customers – friendly, clear, and reliable.
• Flexibility for assignments in Dubai and across the UAE.
• Fluent in English (mandatory). Arabic or German is a plus.
• Driver’s license (UAE) or willingness to obtain one.
