Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

1. Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company business goals to increase market share.
2. Expand business in the Middle East and international markets, acquire new clients, maintain existing accounts, and explore new sales channels.
3. Research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop effective market strategies to enhance product competitiveness.

Team Management

1. Build and manage the sales team, set performance targets, and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
2. Conduct sales training to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge, improving overall sales performance.
3. Supervise the execution of sales plans, provide guidance and support to optimize team efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and strategic business partners to enhance customer loyalty.
2. Analyze customer needs and provide customized product solutions to enhance customer experience.
3. Handle customer complaints and feedback, optimize sales processes, and improve service quality.

Sales Target & Performance Management

1. Develop and monitor sales budgets, ensuring sales targets are met.
2. Analyze sales data, optimize sales strategies, and improve conversion rates and profitability.
3. Participate in contract negotiations and develop pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.

Contract & Payment Management

1. Negotiate, draft, and execute sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and business interests.
2. Monitor order fulfillment and oversee payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow and reduce financial risk.

Education & Experience

3. Strong sales experience with a solid understanding of trading processes and industry markets.

Market & Client Management Skills

1. Strong business development and market expansion skills; candidates with a well-established industry network are preferred.
2. Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and local business culture; experience in the region is a plus.

Negotiation & Communication Skills

1. Excellent business negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
2. Strong cross-cultural communication skills for engaging with clients from different nationalities.

Language Proficiency
