Job summary

A major automotive division is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing gross margins, and promoting Finance and Insurance products. This role necessitates a strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards throughout the customer journey. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Flueny in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales process.
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
• Meet monthly F&I product sales targets.
