Key responsibilities include:

3. Sales and Lead Generation: Developing leads, pitching products or services, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets.
4. Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and align with the company’s long-term goals.
5. Market Analysis: Monitoring competitors, customer needs, and market shifts to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive business strategies.
7. Reporting and Performance Tracking: Analyzing performance data, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress to senior management.

• Proven working experience as a business development manager
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
