Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are a leading provider of domestic help services, specializing in maid visa solutions and end-to-end maid deployment services. Our mission is to simplify the process of hiring reliable household staff by managing the legal, logistical, and operational challenges for our clients.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant with a strong background in service-based sales (preferably from immigration, educational consultancy, or visa services). The ideal candidate will drive revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining high client satisfaction, and promoting our maid and visa solutions to individuals and families.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic services market.
  • Sell visa services and in-house maid deployment packages to walk-in, inbound, and outbound leads.
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation for clients and maids.
  • Stay updated with relevant labor and immigration laws related to maid visas and sponsorship.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in service sales, ideally in immigration, education consultancy, recruitment, or visa services.
  • Proven sales track record with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Experience working in the Gulf region or a similar market is preferred.
