Job Title: Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate Developer (Dubai). Location: Dubai, UAE.
One of our partners, a leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced, high-performing Sales Managers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world class brand and build your career in Dubai’s competitive off-plan property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of luxury off-plan properties and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and represent the brand with professionalism and passion.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate sales within Dubai (minimum 1 year with a developer is required).
- Experience in off-plan luxury real estate. Broker-side background is an advantage.
- Strong closing skills with the ability to manage a large pipeline of clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual candidates (German, Spanish, French, Turkish, Italian, Ukrainian, Russian, etc.) are strongly preferred.
- Must already have UAE real estate experience.
