Job summary
A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager - Construction with over 18 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Offshore Engineering and at least 5 years of direct offshore project experience. Familiarity with ADNOC projects and knowledge of offshore construction standards are essential. This role involves overseeing significant offshore construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

- 18+ years of total experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
- 5+ years of direct experience in offshore projects.
- Experience in PMC or client-side project role.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Offshore Engineering (or equivalent). 18+ years of total experience in Oil & Gas construction projects, with a strong focus on offshore wellhead towers, subsea piping and cable systems, and brownfield works. 5+ years of direct experience in offshore projects. Proven experience in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) or client-side project role. Experience in ADNOC projects. Strong knowledge of offshore construction standards, marine operations, and brownfield tie-ins.
