A leading global technology company in Dubai is looking for a candidate to lead technical customer interactions and support in product launches. The role involves technical presentations, running webinars, and training employees and customers. Strong communication skills and product knowledge are essential. Headquartered in Sweden, Alfa Laval operates in more than 100 countries with the Middle East office serving key markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC countries.
Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team
Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually) meetings and interactions to customers focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.
Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services
Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees channels and customers.
Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and take decisions
Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility
