Job Description

Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team


Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually) meetings and interactions to customers focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.


Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.


Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services


Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.


Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees channels and customers.


Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and take decisions


Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility



Knowledge


  • Technical knowledge.

  • Product knowledge and deep understanding of the customer process and applications.

  • Competent in various separation processes and products.

  • Express (written & verbal) in an appealing way: personal (authentic) concise relevant.

  • Use active listening.

  • Have a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence Digital customer support interaction

  • Ability to train and coach others on P&A certifications
