Job description

A Software Developer/Quant Analyst is required to work in the Investment Strategy team for this Financial Company based in Abu Dhabi.

You will :-

  • Support the Strategy team by developing quantitative tools, dashboards, and applications to streamline data workflows and enhance decision-making across investment processes.
  • Translate analysts’ prototypes (Excel/Python/R) into robust, scalable, and user-friendly production tools and dashboards (using Python, C#, or .NET).
  • Build end-to-end solutions — from data ingestion and model development to deployment and BI dashboard delivery (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate tools into production systems; ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • 3–7 years of software development experience with strong coding skills (Python, C#, .NET, SQL); ideally from a computer science or engineering background.
  • Understanding of financial markets preferred; parallels to quant-style teams but focused on practical execution and workflow automation rather than front-office modeling.
  • Exposure to AI/ML techniques and enthusiasm for applying data-driven or generative AI solutions in investment workflows is highly desirable.
