Job summary

A leading tech firm in Dubai seeks experienced Data Scientists to join their Generative AI Innovation Center. The role involves collaborating with AI/ML scientists to develop innovative solutions and directly engaging with customers to implement generative AI strategies. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Python and experience with deep-learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and several years of relevant experience are required, with preference given to Emirati nationals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with several years of experience.
• Several years of experience building models for business applications.
• Experience in algorithms, numerical optimization, and data structures.
• Practical experience solving complex problems in an applied environment.
• Prior experience in training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists to research and develop generative AI solutions.
• Interact directly with customers to implement generative AI strategies.
• Create best-practice recommendations and deliver presentations.
