Job summary
A leading architectural firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced BIM Modeler. The candidate will manage and update BIM models for large-scale projects, ensuring integration with various disciplines. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, 10+ years of BIM experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. The ideal candidate should be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects in the region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of BIM modeling experience in architectural works.
- Strong contracting company background with proven delivery on construction projects.
- Experience working on large-scale UAE/GCC projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop manage and update BIM models for large-scale architectural projects.
- Produce detailed drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines to ensure design integration.

- Produce detailed drawings shop drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (structural MEP etc.) to ensure design integration and clash-free outputs.
- Implement and maintain BIM standards templates and workflows as per project/company guidelines.
- Support project teams in design development detailing and documentation.
- Conduct clash detection model validation and quality checks.
- Liaise with project managers architects and engineers to resolve design and technical issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in line with project schedules.
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of BIM modeling experience in architectural works.
- Strong contracting company background with proven delivery on construction projects.
- Experience working on large-scale UAE/GCC projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans LOD standards and coordination workflows.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
