Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced BIM Modeler. The candidate will manage and update BIM models for large-scale projects, ensuring integration with various disciplines. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, 10+ years of BIM experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Job Responsibilities

• Develop manage and update BIM models for large-scale architectural projects in compliance with project requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings shop drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (structural MEP etc.) to ensure design integration and clash-free outputs.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards templates and workflows as per project/company guidelines.
• Support project teams in design development detailing and documentation.
• Conduct clash detection model validation and quality checks.
• Liaise with project managers architects and engineers to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in line with project schedules.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of BIM modeling experience in architectural works.
• Strong contracting company background with proven delivery on construction projects.
• Experience working on large-scale UAE/GCC projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans LOD standards and coordination workflows.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
