Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer (Arabic preferred)
Location: Onsite-Abu Dhabi.
Duration: 1-year extendable contract
Provide expert-level support by executing advanced troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, to implement impactful solutions, optimizing application support, and ensuring system stability with minimal downtime for end-users.
- Lead complex incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLAs.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and system health.
- Maintain and enhance support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Support system upgrades, configurations, and automation processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior team members.
- Application architecture, performance tuning, and diagnostics.
- Scripting and automation tools.
- System monitoring and backup operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
Experience Required: 6–8 years
Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications Preferred: Azure, AWS, Sitecore Next.js, Microsoft CRM D365, Software AG
