Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior fit-out industry in UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out and construction market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and update detailed project plans using AutoCAD to ensure accuracy and clarity in design and execution.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, manage project deliveries, and ensure timely installation and completion of all interior works.
• Track project progress and report regularly to senior management and clients.
• Manage the communication flow between different stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle site visits to oversee project quality, progress, and safety standards.
• Resolve issues and conflicts on-site promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure all interior fit-out projects meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
