Job summary
A leading oil & gas company is seeking a Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to plan, coordinate, and execute projects. The ideal candidate will manage resources, schedules, and contractors to ensure projects meet technical, financial, and safety requirements. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering and over 10 years of project management experience in the oil and gas sector. Proficiency in project management software and relevant certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
- Ensure adherence to HSE protocols, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.

- Prepare and submit project documentation (reports, permits, compliance records).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 10+ years of project management experience in oil & gas.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
