Job Title: Business Development Executive

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking to drive company growth.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs and expectations.
4. Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business initiatives with company goals.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that contribute to profitability.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and identify upselling opportunities.

1. Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in technical/maintenance services for properties.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
4. Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Sandler Training is desirable.
5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
6. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders.
7. Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, with a passion for seeking new opportunities.
8. Culturally aware and adaptable to diverse environments and teams.
9. Fluency in Arabic is preferred to better serve a wider client base.
