Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Change, Transformation & Training within Financial Services.
  • Expertise in Data Management, Data Governance, and Change Management tools & techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and execute training materials, communication plans, and knowledge bases.
  • Implement feedback channels to support the operationalization of policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead and execute large scale training programs within the financial services sector.
  • Deliver advanced training sessions to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with banking processes, systems, and central bank regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Change Manager to join our onsite team in Dubai on a 1year contract.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing training content for Data Governance Change & Transformation Management within the Banking & Financial Services industry. This role is critical in driving training initiatives communication strategies and knowledge management to support policy and regulatory frameworks.
