Your mission
  • Ensure the activation of marketing strategies and campaigns defined by brands and franchises & regional leads via local DISTRIBUTION AND PROMOTION PARTNERS.
  • Centralize in‑depth market data from internal departments, regions and partners to drive 360 activation campaigns, including marketing plans, budget forecasts and supply chain vision.
  • Train, guide and support all partner departments involved in brand activation, providing them with the necessary resources, tools and support to help them succeed such as marketing and merchandising campaign assets, global digital and media strategy, HCP segmentation and prioritisation, and retail activation guidelines.
Who you are

Results‑driven partner activation manager with 5 years of experience in the dermocosmetic sector and a Masters degree in Marketing.

Proven expertise in developing and executing brand strategies, driving product launches and conducting market analysis.

Strong understanding of regulatory standards and skilled in leading cross‑functional teams.

Leverages digital marketing to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
