Your responsibilities

• Support in creation of robust interactive stakeholder engagement plans, building process maps, newsletters
• Analyze data and report on Travel & Meeting spend, Monthly Reports, Local Webpage Creation & Updates
• Monitor data capture accuracy on meetings technology tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally

• Fluency in English
• Graduating in 2026 or later
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week
• Advanced communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in apps (PowerApps, Canva, Vyond)
• Experience with process map creation tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
