We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients, driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and existing customer retention.

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
2. Meet or exceed sales targets by selling products or services to prospective customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
4. Present product/service offerings, explaining features, benefits, and competitive advantages
5. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
6. Provide customers with accurate product information and pricing details
7. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking all leads and opportunities in CRM tools
8. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
9. Attend client meetings and follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that support sales efforts

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the UAE market and customer behavior is highly preferred
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
