We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Performance Manager as part of the growth of our Paid Media team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of performance marketing, programmatic and display campaigns to ensure the highest standards across our portfolio, in line with client objectives and budgets.
- Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Media best practice, OptimisationFramework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, Targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery.
- Build campaigns & strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on client business objectives & are built upon solid insight.
- Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Adwords and tracking systems.
- Actively seek creative and innovative media solutions.
- Identify new opportunities in the marketplace.
- Manage a range of resource to deliver effective marketing campaigns and programs.
- Own strategic client relationships.
- Help drive our vision of paid media to the next level.
- Perform as a seasoned performance marketer who constantly strives to learn new skills and be a part of a dynamic agency environment.
- Build strategic optimisation and testing frameworks to deliver outstanding results for clients.
- Test new technologies, data and betas to deliver innovation.
- Work with display managers and planners in developing programmatic elements of media plans and support new business pitches.
- Support internal product development and implementation across paid media, display and programmatic campaign management.
- Relationship building with publishers and ad technology providers.
- Support and mentor junior team members with their training and development.
- The next role up is Team Lead, where you’ll oversee a larger team, being the point of escalation for clients. You’ll get more involved in new business pitches, business development of existing accounts, overall team development, resource planning, and having a substantial impact on business decisions.
Qualifications
- An experienced digital marketer (5-6 years’ experience) who constantly strives to learn new skills and be a part of a dynamic agency environment.
- Skilled people manager and experience in scaling successful paid media teams.
- Experience in branding and performance campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital channel dynamics (local and global).
- Ability to be articulate and concise in communication (verbally and written).
- Adwords knowledge and in-depth understanding of tracking systems.
- Preferred experience in campaign implementation, management, and optimisation in trading media in DSPs (DV360).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
