We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Landscape Architect to join our innovative Urbanism + Planning studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Landscape team, you will lead complex landscape architecture projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

• Develop and oversee the design of large‑scale landscape architecture projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Conduct site analyses and prepare detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and water‑efficient landscaping techniques into projects
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Participate in business development activities and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in landscape architecture

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• Master’s degree advantageous
• Licensed Landscape Architect with a minimum of 6+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience in producing technical specifications
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification
• Familiarity with local and regional plant species, landscaping techniques, and water‑efficient irrigation systems
• Knowledge of UAE climate conditions and local landscaping regulations
