Overview

We are looking for a talented Landscape Architect with strong sales experience to join our growing team in Dubai. This hybrid role combines design creativity with business development skills making it ideal for someone who not only creates inspiring outdoor spaces but also knows how to build client relationships and close deals.

The ideal candidate will be able to take projects from concept to presentation while also engaging with clients, developers, and consultants to promote our services and secure new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Technical
  • Develop innovative landscape design concepts for villas, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare drawings, 3D visuals, and material boards for presentations.
  • Collaborate with QS project managers and construction teams to ensure feasibility.
• Sales & Client Engagement
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand project requirements and present design ideas.
  • Support the business development team in pitching and preparing proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and developers.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landscape design projects (residential/commercial).
• Proven track record in client presentations, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic language a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close client deals.
