We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Project Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing projects reporting directly to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and be eager to expand their skills into project management and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and review engineering designs using CAD software
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Analyze design requirements and provide innovative solutions
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications and reports
  • Manage project timelines, resources and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
  • Implement design modifications and improvements as needed
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
  • Participate in project planning and execution meetings
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture, MEP or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design, construction, technical office or project coordination
  • Strong understanding of design processes and interest in project management activities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, SharePoint) is a plus
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
