The Advisor for the Strategy & Development Section plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive governance and design strategies for government capital projects. This strategic position ensures that all project initiatives are aligned with broader strategic frameworks and long-term development goals of the Emirate.

A core responsibility of the Advisor is to establish and implement robust systems and methodologies that guarantee the alignment of capital projects with overarching strategic plans. In addition the Advisor actively promotes and integrates sustainable practices throughout the project evaluation and development process.
