Job summary
A leading global transportation company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Buyer to apply procurement expertise within diverse projects. This full-time role involves defining the Project Procurement Strategy, leading negotiations, and ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met.
