Sales Manager (Abu-Dhabi)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and quickly growing organization. The ideal candidate must have strong sales and customer service skills as well as excellent leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and drive the sales team, set goals, and ensure all targets are met
• Develop sales strategies, implement and track progress
• Set up effective processes for managing clients, leads, enquiries etc.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Oversee the development of promotional materials
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new clients
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Abu-Dhabi or internationally
• Proven sales track record with excellent knowledge of market trends and dynamics
• Excellent written/oral communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required
• Ability to build relationships with customers/clients quickly
Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
