Job description

Role Purpose: To offer exceptional customer service while maximizing all sales opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Deliver excellent customer service.
  2. Follow the sales process to maximize sales.
  3. Understand features and benefits of all Travelex product lines.
  4. Use every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell.
  5. Recognize warning signs of questionable transactions and mitigate potential effects of the sale.
  6. Adhere to promotional marketing offers.
  7. Manage till stocks.
  8. Achieve individual KPIs/targets.
  9. Fully investigate over and shorts (differences) and report.
  10. Adhere to company and location policies and procedures, including audit, risk, health & safety, security, and customer service requirements.
  11. Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
  12. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation of stores.
  13. Contribute to the success of the team.
  14. Complete training within required timelines.

Role-specific Experience and Skills:

  • Retail, cash handling, and/or banking experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good numerical ability.
  • Good knowledge of products, services, and procedures.
  • Experience working with computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail in routine activities.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as required.
  • English language skills.
