Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client banking needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client queries promptly and professionally.
Banking Coordination & Documentation
  • Coordinate with various banks for account opening and service requests.
  • Prepare credit proposal packages including financial analysis, risk summaries, and supporting reports.
  • Liaise with bank teams to facilitate credit approval processes.
Operational Oversight
  • Monitor timelines and ensure banking approvals are completed within agreed schedules.
Relationship Building
  • Develop strong working relationships with relationship managers within multiple banks.
  • Represent the company professionally in all external meetings and discussions.
Skills
  • CA / MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 1–5 years of experience in banking, credit, corporate finance, or relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of bank documentation, compliance, and credit processes.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
