This role is responsible to provide comprehensive contract management and oversight to safeguard the interests of the Developers throughout the project's lifecycle, particularly in interactions with off-taker, EPC contractor, suppliers, and subcontractors. In addition to monitoring the EPC procurement and supply chain performance.

• Administer all contracts and agreements during project execution, including handling payment claims, variation orders, and contract disputes.
• Responsible for verification of monthly payment claims, timely issue of payment response and invoices from EPC contractors & vendors.
• Maintain project financial guarantees and insurance documents, and follow up internally and externally to ensure validity & authentication.
• Assist Project Director for final accounts settlement with EPC Contractors.
• Manage procurement categories including EPC, construction works, and OEM components – including Gas Turbines and associated Balance of Plant.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures, and flag any supply risks that may impact project timelines or business operations.
• Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders for procurement activities in the CCGT project.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and provide timely advice to internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts and optimize pricing and terms with suppliers when/where needed.
• Drive savings through effective negotiation and procurement best practices.
• Prepare reports and cost analyses to support procurement decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management and strategic sourcing, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven track record in vendor contract negotiations, including EPC contracts, supply agreements, and long‑term service agreements.
• Hands-on experience in procurement for construction and/or O&M of gas‑fired power plants.
• Industry experience in utilities and/or construction sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Material Management (MM) modules is a plus.
