• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with 5 years in a Planning Manager/Lead Planner role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning support for large/complex projects and risk management.
• Management of project planning team.
• Preparation of detailed delay analysis and presentations.
• Creation of resource & cost-loaded baseline programs for medium/large projects.

Broad construction experience across various sectors

Development of WBS for medium/large projects

Success in Extension of Time claims using delay analysis techniques

Awareness of Lean Planning

Awareness of Risk Management

Primavera software proficiency

MS PowerPoint proficiency
