A leading facilities management company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking an experienced professional to manage HVAC operations across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in HVAC, along with 6-8 years of experience in the facilities management industry. Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC systems, project management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in the FM department (Real Estate / Community Management / Facilities Management industry).

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall HVAC systems and requirements for all buildings/communities.
• Plan and monitor the PPM work carried out for MEP assets across all sites.
• Monitor start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover of works for new communities.
• Review MEP designs for new projects from an FM perspective and provide feedback.
• Manage all HVAC Capex projects and assist the project manager.
• Prepare and issue brief scope of works, RFPs, tender documents for HVAC/Mechanical works.
• Monitor the schedule of reactive maintenance works.
• Prepare project execution schedules and adhere to approved timelines.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
