We are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager / Team Lead for a full-time, onsite role in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong functional and project management expertise, along with solid accounting knowledge and hands‑on experience managing Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Odoo upgrade project (Version 15 to Version 18/19).
  • Conduct GAP analysis and perform complete requirement mapping.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and existing Odoo implementation partners.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high‑quality execution.
  • Configure Odoo modules in alignment with accounting principles and business workflows.
  • Ensure smooth implementation for FMCG / Retail Distribution operations.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Odoo implementation and project management.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead.
  • Mandatory experience with FMCG / Retail Distribution clients.
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debit/credit and double‑entry impact in Odoo.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite in Dubai for the entire project duration.
