Commercial

• Identify and attract new business opportunities to grow the Smashi client portfolio
• Develop creative proposals and respond to client briefs with compelling ideas
• Negotiate deals and manage pricing and contract terms
• Build and maintain long-lasting, profitable client relationships
• Collaborate closely with in-house content teams and clients to ensure campaign delivery
• Lead and manage sales meetings, follow-ups, and execution of deliverables
• Generate and present pitch documents and campaign proposals
• Report regularly on sales performance, insights, and client feedback
• Leverage data and analytics tools to showcase ROI to sponsors and advertisers

Finance

• Support account managers in managing and optimizing social advertising budgets
• Deliver proposals that support increased client spend
• Contribute to company revenue targets by driving commercial performance
• Provide regular budget and financial updates to the Country Manager

Requirements

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في المبيعات ضمن قطاع الإعلام (تُقبل أيضًا فترات التدريب أو العمل الجزئي)
• خبرة في وكالات الإعلان أو شركات الإعلام أو الإعلانات
• الإبداع والقدرة على تقديم أفكار قوية استجابةً لموجزات العملاء
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتوليد العملاء المحتملين
• الراحة في العمل ضمن أهداف شهرية / ربع سنوية
• مهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات وعرض الأفكار وإدارة الوقت ممتازة
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة شبيهة بالشركات الناشئة
• القدرة على تنظيم الفعاليات والترويج للعلامة التجارية
• القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد غالبًا في مهل قصيرة
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role within media, advertising, or a related field (internships or part-time experience are acceptable)
• Experience working with media agencies or advertising companies
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate strong, strategic ideas for client briefs
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation
• Comfortable working to monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a start-up or fast-paced environment
• Event activation and campaign coordination experience is a plus
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
