A construction company is seeking a Head of Design to lead and mentor a creative team, develop brand visual identities, and create impactful designs for both digital and print. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with premium international brands and contribute to the company’s visual strategy. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills is essential.

- Portfolio showcasing a systematic approach to design.
- Understanding of technical requirements for print production.
- Experience working with premium brands is a strong plus.

- Prepare print-ready layouts for catalogs and posters.
- Create digital banners for ads and social media.
- Work on user flow and interfaces.
- Oversee design documentation and source files.

We are looking for a talented and strategically-minded Head of Design who can build a brand’s visual communication from the very first guidelines to powerful digital and offline products. Expect a creative mix of UX/UI, branding, creative concepts, and print design. We value designers who not only make things beautiful but create business-driven, functional designs.
- Lead and mentor a creative design team (growth, processes, guidance)
- Develop and evolve brand and product visual identities
- Prepare print-ready layouts (catalogs, posters, etc.)
- Create digital banners for ads, landing pages, and social media
- Work on UX/UI: user flow, logic, interfaces
- Oversee design documentation, source files, and templates
- Collaborate with producers, marketers, and top management.
