The Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our Interior Design Department at RAK Ceramics HQ in Ras Al Khaimah. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to support the design and development of showroom concepts, interior mock-ups, and spatial layouts that highlight RAK Ceramics' diverse range of products. You will work closely with senior team members to execute high-quality, brand-aligned design solutions that enhance the customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in developing creative interior design concepts for showrooms and mock-ups.
• Prepare moodboards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers in product selection, curation, and space planning.
• Support the design team in creating customer-centric showroom experiences.
• Participate in site visits, installations, and on-ground design supervision.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure design integration with product strategy.
• Maintain and organize the design materials library, including tiles and slabs.
• Create design presentations and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Functional

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.
• Knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and showroom merchandising.
• Experience with layout planning, basic detailing, and 3D rendering.
• Familiarity with material application and surface finishes.
• Basic understanding of project documentation and design workflows.
