Job summary
A leading HR consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator in Dubai. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. Ideal candidates have 6-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This is a contract position with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Any additional certification in HR is desired.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and manage onboarding materials.
- Maintain and manage employee records accurately.
- Assist in HR administration and timesheet management.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with laws.
