- Plan and oversee projects by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Allocate resources effectively and coordinate with production and design teams
- Manage project budgets and monitor material costs
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure timely delivery through structured scheduling
- Uphold high-quality standards across all produced models
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team
- Document project progress and prepare comprehensive reports
- Drive continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
